Do Not Stack Pallet Cones – Protect Palletised Goods in Transit & Storage

Our Do Not Stack Pallet Cones are a simple yet highly effective solution for preventing damage caused by unwanted stacking during transportation, storage, or handling. Made from durable corrugated cardboard and printed with bold, easily recognisable warnings, these pallet cones help ensure that vulnerable or top-heavy pallet loads remain stack-free and secure throughout the supply chain.

Designed to sit on top of pallets, these lightweight cones create a clear visual deterrent, reducing the risk of crushing, load instability, or product damage caused by improper stacking.

Key Benefits of Our Do Not Stack Pallet Cones

✔ Clear & Highly Visible Messaging
Each cone is pre-printed with a bright “Do Not Stack” warning on all sides, making the message visible from any angle. This helps warehouse staff, couriers, and third-party handlers quickly identify non-stackable pallets and take appropriate care.

✔ Prevents Damage & Reduces Claims
By clearly identifying fragile or unstable loads, Do Not Stack Cones help prevent costly damage during handling and transit. This protects both your products and your reputation, reducing the risk of returns and claims.

✔ Lightweight & Easy to Use
Made from strong yet lightweight corrugated board, these cones are quick to assemble and place on top of any pallet. No tools, adhesives, or additional fixings required—saving time in busy warehouse environments.

✔ Suitable for a Wide Range of Loads
Ideal for use on fragile, top-heavy, irregularly shaped, or sensitive products, as well as goods that must not be double-stacked due to weight or safety regulations.

✔ Cost-Effective Load Protection
A low-cost investment for high-value results, Do Not Stack Pallet Cones help minimise handling errors without the need for expensive packaging changes.

✔ Eco-Friendly & Recyclable
Manufactured from 100% recyclable corrugated cardboard, these cones support your sustainability goals while maintaining clear communication and protection standards.
