We Manufacture
With our latest addition to our manufacturing facility in Nottingham, we manufacture bespoke boxes. From short-run urgent requirements to multi-colour printed scheduled ordering we offer the complete package to suit your requirements.
The most popular boards used are:
B-Flute Single wall in a 125g and 150g paper weight. This is typicaly used for smaller boxes and ecommerce boxes.
C-Flute is a course flute single wall used in larger boxes where more strength is required but doesn’t warrent double wall strength.
BC-Flute is a double wall board made with a B and a C flute to give it strength. This is made with 125g , 150g and 300g paper weights. The 300g is often used for heivy engineered componants.

How To Measure For Your Box
Measure Your Product
Measure the length, width and height of the item in millimetres.
Note: if you use bubblewrap this may add up to 20 mm to the size of the finished item, depending on how much wrap is used.
Add a Touch More
Add up to 5 mm to the length, width and height to allow for manoeuvrability. The final dimensions will be internal measurements for the box
