What do I do if items are missing?
Please check your order carefully upon delivery to ensure everything is included. Occasionally, orders with multiple parcels may arrive separately. If the remaining items do not arrive the following day, contact our team at 0115 944 1600 or sales@kbpackaging.com, and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
What do I do if I’ve received the wrong items?
If we’ve sent the wrong items, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
What if I’ve changed my mind and no longer want the items?
If you wish to return items, they will be subject to a 15% handling and re-stocking fee. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in its original packaging and in a fully re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for goods not meeting this standard.
You must notify us within 14 days of delivery for any issues related to damages, quality, or returns to ensure your claim is valid.
