Closed cell EthaFoam sheet is a high-performance, non-crosslinked polyethylene (PE) foam renowned for its exceptional resilience, impact resistance, and vibration dampening. This durable yet lightweight material features a smooth, low-abrasion surface that prevents scratching or residue, with outstanding recovery after compression for repeated impacts. It offers excellent resistance to water, moisture, chemicals, and provides good thermal insulation and dimensional stability. Available in a range of densities, various thicknesses, widths, lengths, and colours (including white, anti-static pink, or custom tints), plus recycled-content variants for sustainability. EthaFoam sheets excel in protective packaging for electronics, fine art, fragile artifacts, industrial equipment, automotive parts, and medical devices; as well as flotation, construction insulation, model making, archival storage, and custom crafts. Easy to cut, shape, laminate, or fabricate, it provides reliable high-strength-to-weight performance—similar to well-known laminated polyethylene foams like Stratocell—often delivering comparable or superior cushioning at a competitive price.
