The Ripack 2100 is the perfect tool for beginners or low-use shrink-wrapping applications. Its fixed 40 kW power ensures easy operation and compatibility with films up to 150 microns. Featuring Ripack’s patented “cold nozzle” technology and a stainless steel heat diffuser, this shrink gun prioritizes safety and reliability.
Equipped with a Securipack regulator, the Ripack 2100 monitors gas pressure for optimal safety. Maintenance is simple with the patented piezo igniter replacement system in the handle, saving time and effort.
Usage Tips:
Keep the gun 30 cm from the film and perpendicular to the surface. Start heating from the bottom of the pallet, allowing the film to overlap by 20 cm for a secure load. Use a CALPACK to lift the pallet and create a strong hold underneath. For flat film welding, maintain a 30 cm overlap area. Adjust speed based on film thickness for consistent results.
