When retracting, keep the gun always perpendicular and 30 cm from the film. To retract the film onto a pallet, allowing the film to protrude 20cm on each side. Use a CALPACK to raise your pallet and allow the film to hook off the underside and thus solidify the load. Always start by heating all the lower parts then continue by sweeping continuously in the shape of “Z”. Adjust your speed according to the thickness of the film. (See method in the video). In order to successfully weld on flat film, make sure to let a film overlap area of at least 30 cm.
