0200 Style box is an open topped boxes without top flaps, making them ideal for easy access and quick packing or display. With standard bottom flaps that close securely, these boxes are perfect for use as storage bins, picking trays, or retail display units. They are often used with a lid.

0201 Style box is the most commonly used box style in the packaging industry. Known as a Regular Slotted Container (RSC), it features flaps of equal length that meet in the centre when folded. This design provides excellent strength, cost-efficiency, and versatility, making it ideal for shipping a wide range of products. It's the go-to choice for businesses looking for reliable, easy-to-assemble packaging.

0203 Style boxes are a type of Regular Slotted Container (RSC) with fully overlapping flaps on both the top and bottom, providing extra strength and protection. Ideal for heavy or fragile items, this box style offers enhanced durability and cushioning during transit. It's a reliable choice for shipping goods that require added support. These often have hand holes.

0208 Style boxes are a variation on the 0201 with longer folding flaps to create 6 compartments. Ideal for 6 bottles etc. When working out the dimension to enter please note that double wall is 6mm thickness and single wall is 3mm. The compartments are 3 x across the length and 2 x across the width. If you would like any help on this style please use the chat box below.

0209 Style has the same base as the 0201 and shorter flaps on the top. The top would normally be glued at each corner.

How To Measure For Your Box

Measure Your Product

Measure the length, width and height of the item in millimetres.

Note: if you use bubblewrap this may add up to 20 mm to the size of the finished item, depending on how much wrap is used.

Add a Touch More

Add up to 5 mm to the length, width and height to allow for manoeuvrability. The final dimensions will be internal measurements for the box
