Press the bell on the far wall.
Let the collection point team know you have arrived and await their instruction.
Delivery
If you have selected the DELIVERY option, orders are picked and packed on the same day the order is placed. If your order was placed before 3:00 PM we will endeavour to dispatch on the same day too.
Depending on your location your goods will be despatched on our own transport (Eastwood Express), 3rd Party Pallet Network or via a courier. Our service is a 2-4 day service but where possible we will aim for a next day delivery service.

If your delivery is being brought to you by Eastwood Express you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
