The Ripack 3000 is a reliable, high-quality tool designed for higher volumes of shrink-wrapping. With adjustable power ranging from 40 to 80 kW, it easily handles films up to 150 microns thick. Its patented “cold nozzle” technology keeps the nozzle cool to prevent burns, while the Securipack regulator ensures safety by continuously monitoring gas cylinder and device pressure.

Maintenance is straightforward thanks to the easy piezo igniter replacement system built into the handle, saving time and effort. The flame’s wide spread allows for quick and efficient shrinking of polyethylene sheeting, reducing workload.

Usage Tips:
Keep the gun 30 cm from the film and perpendicular to the surface. Start heating from the bottom of the pallet, allowing the film to overlap by 20 cm for a secure hold. Use a CALPACK to lift the pallet and create stability underneath. For flat film welding, maintain a 30 cm overlap and adjust speed based on film thickness.
