Ripack 2500 – Lightweight, Versatile, and Safe Shrink-Wrapping Solution
The Ripack 2500 shrink gun is ideal for regular shrink-wrapping needs. As the lightest tool in its category, it features adjustable power (34–60 kW) to adapt to different film thicknesses. Designed with patented “cold nozzle” technology and a Securipack regulator, it ensures maximum safety by continuously monitoring gas cylinder and device pressure. Maintenance is hassle-free with the easy piezo igniter replacement system in the handle.
Usage Tips:
Keep the gun perpendicular and 30 cm from the film during use. Start by heating the lower parts of the pallet, allowing the film to overlap by 20 cm for secure wrapping. Use a CALPACK to elevate the pallet, enabling the film to hook underneath for added stability. For flat film welding, maintain a 30 cm overlap and adjust your speed based on the film thickness.
