Postal Tubes – The Ultimate Solution for Safe Document & Poster Shipping

Postal tubes, also known as mailing tubes or cardboard tubes, are an essential packaging solution designed to protect rolled items during storage or transit. Crafted from durable cardboard or kraft paperboard, postal tubes offer a lightweight yet incredibly strong method for safely shipping documents, artwork, posters, blueprints, maps, and more. Whether you’re a business shipping marketing materials or an artist mailing prints, postal tubes ensure your items arrive in perfect condition—free from creases, bends, or tears.

High-Strength Construction: Made from rigid spiral-wound cardboard for maximum protection.

Various Diameters & Lengths: Available in multiple sizes to suit everything from A4 documents to oversized posters.

Secure End Caps: Fitted plastic or metal end caps keep contents safely enclosed during handling and transit.

Eco-Friendly & Recyclable: Manufactured using sustainable materials, making them an environmentally responsible packaging choice.

Custom Printing Options: Enhance your branding with fully customizable tubes featuring your logo or message.

Why Use Postal Tubes?

Postal tubes are ideal for any industry or individual needing to ship rolled materials without damage. Unlike standard flat envelopes, tubes maintain the integrity of your items by eliminating the risk of folding or creasing. They’re particularly popular in:

  • Graphic design and print businesses
  • Architectural and engineering firms
  • Educational institutions sending certificates or awards
  • Retailers and eCommerce stores selling posters, maps, or calendars

Safe, Reliable, and Cost-Effective
Not only do postal tubes protect contents, but they also reduce shipping costs by minimising dimensional weight. Their cylindrical shape provides superior crush resistance, making them suitable for national and international deliveries.
