Large Bubble Wrap for Industrial Packaging

For manufacturing and industrial businesses, large bubble wrap protects components and finished products before they’re boxed, stored, or transported. It’s particularly useful for painted, polished or finished surfaces, and its flexibility makes it easy to wrap around corners and edges that rigid packaging can’t reach.

Use With Other Packaging Materials

Large bubble wrap works best as part of a complete protective packaging system, combined with:

  • Cardboard boxes for outer protection
  • Packaging tape for securely closing cartons
  • Kraft paper for additional wrapping and cushioning
  • Void fill for preventing movement inside boxes
  • Edge protection for vulnerable corners

Large vs Small Bubble Wrap

Large Bubble Wrap (25mm bubbles) suits bigger, heavier or more delicate items where extra cushioning depth matters. For smaller products needing a closer, more flexible fit, see our Small Bubble Wrap → range.

Recycled Content

Our large bubble wrap is manufactured from LDPE and available with recycled content — check the individual product listing for the exact specification.

Large Bubble Wrap FAQs

What size large bubble wrap do I need?

Narrower widths (500–750mm) suit individual components and smaller furniture pieces, while wider rolls (1200mm+) suit larger items like furniture panels or bulky industrial parts.

What’s the difference between small and large bubble wrap?

Large bubble wrap has bigger, 25mm bubbles that provide more cushioning depth, making it better suited to heavier or bulkier items. Small bubble wrap has 6mm bubbles and offers a more flexible, close fit for smaller or delicate products.

Does large bubble wrap contain recycled content?

Many of our large bubble wrap lines contain recycled LDPE content — check the specification on the individual product page for the exact percentage.

Can I get a specific width not listed here?
