Small Bubble Wrap for E-Commerce

Small Bubble Wrap is ideal for e-commerce businesses wrapping individual products before they go into a postal or shipping box. It provides a cushioning layer between the product and the outer carton, and can be paired with void fill for any remaining space.

Small Bubble Wrap for Manufacturing

Manufacturers use small bubble wrap between components, around finished products, or as a protective layer before goods go into cartons. Stocking multiple widths at the packing station helps reduce material waste and improves packing efficiency.

Small vs Large Bubble Wrap

Small Bubble Wrap (6mm bubbles) is highly flexible and best suited to smaller products and general cushioning. For larger or heavier items needing greater cushioning depth, see our Large Bubble Wrap → range.

Recycled Content

Our small bubble wrap is manufactured from LDPE and available with recycled content — check the individual product listing for the exact specification.

How to Use Small Bubble Wrap

  1. Select a suitable width of bubble wrap.
  2. Wrap the product, adding extra layers for fragile items.
  3. Secure with packaging tape.
  4. Place the wrapped product inside an appropriately sized box.
  5. Add void fill if there’s remaining space.
  6. Seal the box and prepare for dispatch.

Small Bubble Wrap FAQs

What size small bubble wrap do I need?

It depends on the product — narrower widths (300–750mm) suit individual items and components, while wider rolls (1200mm+) suit larger products or higher-volume packing lines.

Is small bubble wrap suitable for electronics?

Standard small bubble wrap doesn’t have anti-static protection. For circuit boards, electrical equipment or other static-sensitive items, use our Anti-Static Bubble Wrap → range instead.

Does small bubble wrap contain recycled content?

Many of our small bubble wrap lines contain recycled LDPE content — check the specification on the individual product page for the exact percentage.

Can I get a specific width not listed here?
